Sign on to your my AKC account (or create one) 2. After signing in\, go to the “My Event Tools –> Enter Agility Event(s)” at in your account dashboard and follow the instructions. \n\n\n\n\n\nPaper Entries \n\n\n\nMake all checks payable in U.S. funds to: Trials By Lotus. All entries must be submitted on official AKC agility entry forms\, one dog per entry form. Photocopies of front and back are accepted only if legible and official AKC size. Entries will not be accepted without signature\, fees and signature on agreement on back of entry form. Please waive “signature required” on all expedited entries. \n\n\n\nSend entries to: Lotus Kiffe 923 Palos Verdes Leander\, TX 78641 Please specify TCKC on the envelope. \n\n\n\n\nWait-List Policy\nThe clubs are offering a wait-list to fill openings created by withdrawn entries after the trial’s closing date/time. A maximum of 25 entries will be placed on the club’s wait-list. All entries\, including wait-listed entries\, must be received by the Trial Secretary prior to the trial closing date as listed on the front of this premium. Any entries withdrawn that are received by 6:00 p.m.\, April 30 will be replaced by a wait-listed entry if any are available. If a withdrawn entry is replaced by a wait-listed entry\, a full refund will be issued for the withdrawn entry. Any waitlisted entry that does not move off the wait-list into the trial by 6:00 p.m.\, April 30 will be refunded. \n\n\n\n\nEntry Regulations\nEntries are accepted on a “first received” basis on or after the opening date and time. These trials accept paper entries only.Paper entries received within 24 hours of the opening date and time must (1) have postage or be metered and (2) be delivered by a multi-state or multi-national postal or carrier service\, including but not limited to USPS\, FedEx\, UPS & DHL. If above conditions are not met\, the entries are not valid and must be returned to sender.A maximum of 10 entries per envelope is allowed.
